Whether you’re 16 or 60, personal training can help you achieve your personal best for health and fitness. Daniel is based in Leicester and Nottinghamshire and is happy to travel within the region to wherever suits you for your session.

You may wish to have an individual session or if you prefer, with a partner or friend, or in a group of friends or colleagues? Either way, Daniel can cater for any size of session.

In order to achieve your goals with your style of training at your personal level, Daniel will create a unique programme for you, based on the results of your fitness assessment.

Fitness Assessment

During the fitness assessment, Daniel will measure:

  • Blood pressure
  • Peak flow
  • Body weight and Height
  • Body fat and BMI
  • Cardiovascular fitness [Vo2Max]
  • Localised Muscular Endurance
  • Localised Muscular Strength
  • Flexibility

From there Daniel will go through a detailed profiling procedure to create each individual a portfolio; reporting current levels of fitness, define realistic and achievable goals in easy, short, medium and long
term steps, a thorough periodised [scientifically broken into different segments] exercise plan to achieve these backed up with continual client aftercare because your future health matters.
