Kettlebell Training 

One piece of equipment, one goal.

This program delivers a lean, toned body without the look of huge bulky muscles, excellent for improving muscle tone and reducing body fat as well as providing cardiovascular benefits.

The Kettlercise™ class covers a huge range of exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques, tailoring it to suit all participants, from high energy pulse raises to being able to place extra emphasis on target muscle groups like the abs, glutes, arms and thighs, all with maximum effectiveness.

Cardio Kick

Cardio Kick is a dynamic, motivating and intense workout that combines simple aerobic choreography with martial arts and boxing based moves.

Cardio Kick is an easy to follow, self-regulating workout. Intensity can be increased or decreased by varying the range of movement. Optional intervals can mean that those with higher fitness levels can push themselves, whilst beginners can use these sections for recovery.

The session also incorporates the use of pads and other typical boxing training techniques to give you a rounded whole body workout; you’ll be fighting fit in no time.

Aqua Aerobics

Aquatic exercise has predominantly evolved to be an exercise to music/aerobics based format, but can be adapted to use other disciplines such as circuit training, allowing a wider variety of participants to benefit from it.

Aqua is a fun and enjoyable method of training for all. It can help to improve both cardiovascular and muscular endurance by working against the natural resistance of the water.

It is particularly beneficial for specialist groups such as older adults, ante or post-natal women, or individuals recovering from previous injury, as the natural properties of water make exercises non-weight bearing on the bones and joints.

Pump Max  

Pump max is a class that uses a variety of barbell, dumbbell and plate exercises straight from the weights room; squats, presses, lifts and curls. It strengthens and tones your entire body whilst giving you a good cardiovascular workout at the same time. You choose your weights for each exercise which will help inspire you to gain the results your after.

Pump max is suited to all ages and abilities as its flexibility gives you the choice of how hard you want to work.

Circuit Training

Circuits is a method of training involving a series of exercises, performed in a rotation with minimal rest, using a variety of equipment and apparatus to help improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance; each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time period.

Daniel designs his circuit classes using his extensive knowledge and understanding of the human body and its workings, so that particular exercises and activities are paired in such a way to help achieve maximum effectiveness. Having participated in years of circuit training sessions and undergone numerous courses, Daniel has collated an abundant pool of new innovative exercises that is sure to bring a change to most.

Boot Camp

This is a multi activity exercise class that will have you working in teams, communicating, problem solving and thinking outside the box, to overcome physical challenges and push yourself to the limit.

It is based on using military style drills and fitness tests to encourage and motivate you to reach the top. All the exercises are given with numerous alternatives, modifications and progressions so that it is suitable for all abilities regardless of current fitness level.
